1. Shopify Store Data

When you connect your Shopify store, we access:

  • Order data (for sales velocity calculations)
  • Location/warehouse information
  • Store settings and configuration

2. Account Information

When you create an account:

  • Name and email address
  • Encrypted password
  • Role and permissions

3. Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Error logs for troubleshooting
  • Device and browser information

What We Do NOT Do

Supply Watch is a "read-mostly" app that operates entirely through Shopify's secure API. We want to be clear about what we don't do:

✗No code on your storefront - We don't inject scripts, snippets, or any code into your theme
✗No theme modifications - Your store design remains completely untouched
✗No customer personal data - We only read order quantities, not customer names, emails, or addresses
✗No payment access - We cannot see or process any payment or financial data
✗No checkout modifications - Your checkout process is never affected
✗No customer emails - We never contact your customers directly

Your customers will never see or interact with Supply Watch. The app lives completely outside your storefront and only communicates with Shopify through their official, secure API.

How We Use Your Information

We do NOT sell your data. We only share data with:

Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to:

Data Deletion: When you uninstall Supply Watch from your Shopify store, we automatically receive a notification and delete all your store data within 48 hours in compliance with Shopify's requirements.

  • •Backup retention: Backups purged within 30 days

Cookies & Local Storage

Supply Watch uses minimal cookies and local storage for:

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
