1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Supply Watch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Supply Watch is an inventory management application designed to integrate with your Shopify store to help you track stock levels, manage purchase orders, and make data-driven reorder decisions.

2. Subscription & Billing

Pricing

Supply Watch is offered as a subscription service starting at $99 USD per month (two plans available — $99 or $199 per month), billed through your Shopify account.

Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Charges will appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use Supply Watch to:

Track and manage your Shopify store's inventory
Create and manage purchase orders
Analyze sales data and forecast demand
Generate reports for business decision-making

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
Resell or redistribute access to the App

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of Supply Watch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the App, you grant us permission to access your Shopify store data as necessary to provide the service. We only access the minimum data required and do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Disclaimer & Limitations

Service Availability

Supply Watch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supply Watch and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate inventory calculations and forecasts, these are based on the data synced from your Shopify store. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's recommendations. Always verify critical business decisions independently.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to resubscribe
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of Supply Watch after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
